What You’ll Experience Here
Here, respiratory therapists work with advanced tools and strong clinical teams to deliver high-quality care. You’ll have access to:
- EPIC electronic medical records
- Ventilators and BIPAP systems
- Pulmonary therapy modalities
- Blood gas analyzers
- Bedside pulmonary testing equipment
Collaboration is constant and the shared goal is simple: deliver the best possible patient experience.
Working side by side with physicians, nurses and ancillary clinical teams, you will practice in a semi-autonomous environment, following physician orders while applying established protocols and clinical expertise to tailor treatments for each patient.
Open communication between staff and leadership is a priority. Feedback is welcomed, ideas are considered and leadership actively supports the teams delivering care every day. This culture helped earn an Excellence Award in 2020 and continues to shape the experience of our clinical teams.
